this almost didn’t happen

As I sat down to begin my maiden voyage into the land of blogging I made the mistake of picking up the latest issue of Relevant Magazine . Rob bell graces the cover of the latest issue and provides a very thought provoking interview about the state of Evangelicalism in North America. While I agree with the majority of what Rob stands for and teaches and affirm his focus on loving the least of these, I was conflicted when I read these words, “You have to be so totally disconnected from the pain of the world to think that blogging is somehow a redemptive use of your time.” So with that as my inspiration, I submit my post, read it and weep.
